Practical browser help
Can’t hear
your mic?
Most recording problems come down to one of three things: browser permission, the selected input, or another app using the microphone. Try this quick checklist, then return to the studio.

Three quick checks.
- 01
Allow microphone access
Press Play and choose Allow when your browser asks to use the microphone. If you chose Block before, open the site settings beside the address bar, change Microphone to Allow, then reload this page.
- 02
Choose the right input
If your laptop, headset, webcam, or USB microphone are all connected, your browser may pick the wrong one. Select the microphone you want in your browser or device sound settings, then reload the game.
- 03
Close other recording apps
Calls, streaming software, and voice-chat apps can take control of a microphone. Close or pause them, reconnect the microphone if needed, and start a fresh round.
When it still won’t work
A few more things to try.
The permission prompt never appeared.
Check the microphone setting for this site in your browser’s address-bar controls. Set it to Allow, reload the page, and press Play again. A private or managed browser profile can also block microphone access.
I allowed the microphone, but the game is silent.
Disconnect and reconnect the microphone, then select it again in your device input settings. If you use Bluetooth headphones, try their headset microphone or temporarily switch to the built-in microphone.
It worked once and then stopped.
Reload the game after changing audio devices or permissions. If another tab or app started a call in the meantime, close it before returning to the game.
Does the game work on phones?
Yes, on modern mobile browsers. Open the page directly in the browser rather than an in-app preview, allow microphone access, and avoid switching apps while the game is recording.
